Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dopatox. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Dopatox with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Dopatox is a personal self-improvement tool for tracking routines, workouts, reading, quotes, skills, and related habits, plus an AI assistant and a short-video feed.

It is not professional advice. Nothing in Dopatox, including anything the AI assistant says, is medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Workout and routine content is general information, not a personalized fitness or health program. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything health-related, and don’t disregard professional advice because of something you read here.

AI output can be wrong. The assistant generates responses automatically and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Verify anything that matters before relying on it.

Reels and your profile are free. Everything else (Routine, Gym plans, Books, Quotes, Skills, Chess, and Jarvis) requires a Dopatox Premium subscription.

Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the plan price and interval shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your profile; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice, and any change applies to the following billing period.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple and managed in your Apple account settings, subject to Apple’s terms. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel these in your device settings.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at dopamine.detoxify@gmail.com.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — reels, photo posts, stories and captions. By uploading, you grant Dopatox a limited licence to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service (for example, transcoding a video so it plays back, or generating a link so a photo can load on your device).

You’re responsible for what you upload, and you confirm you have the rights to it. Don’t upload anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or infringing on someone else’s rights. Reels and photo posts are reviewed before anyone else can see them. We may review, remove, or refuse content, and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Dopatox. That includes anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory, whether it appears in a reel, a profile, or a direct message.

You can report any account, reel, or conversation from the “Report” control on a profile or inside a conversation, and you can block anyone from the same place. Blocking stops that person from messaging you, removes them from your feed and search results, and ends any follow between you in both directions. Blocked accounts are listed in Settings if you ever want to undo it.

Every report is reviewed, and we aim to act on reports within 24 hours — removing the content, and suspending or terminating the account where warranted. We can remove anything at any point, including a reel or post that was already approved and published; removal deletes the underlying video or image. Anyone who repeatedly posts objectionable content or abuses other people loses access to Dopatox. You can also reach us directly at dopamine.detoxify@gmail.com.

Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to Dopatox or other users’ accounts; no scraping or automated bulk access; no reselling or redistributing paid content; and no using the AI assistant to generate unlawful or abusive material.

Dopatox is provided as-is and as-available. Features may change, and parts of the service depend on third parties (authentication, payments, video hosting, AI providers) that can have their own outages or limits. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You can stop using Dopatox at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing dopamine.detoxify@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dopatox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
